Thank you for shopping at VigorGuard. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:

1.  Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

- Personal care or intimate products (e.g., eye patches, knee patches, masks, or other single-use items);

- Customized or personalized products;

- Sale/clearance items (if specified as non-returnable).

3.  Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via service@vigorguardpro.com or the Contact Us page, including:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. We will respond within 1-3 business days and provide the return address.

  3. You must ship the item back within 7 days and provide a tracking number.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a quality issue or wrong item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5.  Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received.
